Apis, the beehive programming game, v0.3 big update

This is a big update. I've added random events. So now Bad Things can happen to your perfect hive! Oh no! But it will make the game more challenging. I've added the HatchQueen endpoint, so now you can hatch additional queens once your hive has grown large enough. You can list events via the events endpoint. Also, I've uploaded a separate PowerShell script, "beehive-test.ps1," so you can validate Apis is running and maybe see some examples of how to get started.

You can now play on Linux, in addition to Windows.
